Collect it fresh from the farm or have it delivered to your door…
We aim to keep as wide a variety of cuts as possible in stock at all times including:
steaks, joints (topside, silverside, brisket and pot roast), chuck, braising, skirt and shin (which are all melt in the mouth beautiful in pies and casseroles), burgers and mince.
The Large Quantity Scheme - If you would like a whole side of beef or even a whole bullock for yourself or to share amongst friends then you can specify how you would like it cut and packed.
Collection - You are very welcome to come to the farm, walk the Trevalgan Trail (a beautiful 40 minute walk around the farm) and collect your order. Please call first to arrange a time.
Delivery - We deliver nationwide. If you would like to place an order then please either call or email us. St. Ives Beef freezes well and loses none of its delicious flavour in the process. Delivery charges will apply.
